The Particulars:
The class is self-paced and should be completed in 60 days following registration. All materials (including reading) required for the class are included and will be provided to you through the Learning Management System (LMS). You will have access to videos, presentations and instruction for 60 days after registration. There are quizzes and learning assessments interspersed between learning modules. Once satisfactorily completed, you will be issued a Certificate indicating your participation.
You need a connection to the Internet for all classes to sign on to the LMS. It is highly recommended that you do not rely on a mobile device for this training, as there are quizzes and small copy in materials that render best with a laptop-size screen or larger.
There are no refunds for online classes, but a colleague or another agency employee can take the class in place of the original registrant. The instructional materials for this class are intended for the use of one person. Only the course outline and certain resource materials will be available for download.
