Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for In-Person Events:

Cancellations received in writing 30 days before the start date of any event will be refunded less 50% of the registration fee.  Cancellations received in writing less than 30 days before the event or registrants who do not attend, are liable for the full registration fee and no refund will be processed or due the registrant.

If you cannot attend the event, you may send an alternate.  There is no fee for making this change as long as the request is made in writing at least 48 business hours (6 business days) before the start of the event.  This will give us ample time to prepare for the new attendee.  Failure to request the change in writing within this time will result in forfeiture of registration fees per cancellation policy stated above and new attendee will be charged the full amount of event’s registration fee in effect as of the date of the event. Registrants who cancel will not receive event materials.

Cancellation Policy for Online Classes:

Online classes are non-refundable.  If you cannot attend a scheduled class, another agency employee may take the class in your place.  Please forward the name and email address of the designated replacement to Lacey Brown at customer.service@agencyside.net within two (2) business days of the start of class.

Instructional materials for each class are intended for the use of one (1) class participant only and should not be downloaded, printed out, or shared with others.

It is the registrant’s (or designee’s) responsibility to complete the class(es) within the allotted time.
