The Google Analytics platform is readily at the disposal of any business with an internet connection. Where most businesses fall short, however, is by simply putting the Google Analytics “solution” in place and never acting upon it. Google Analytics is really not much of a solution when you look at it that way. While it’s a free tool, the time that is required to properly analyze data is not. That being said, the time you spend with the tool, specifically the under-utilized features outlined below, can more than recoup the cost of any time you invest.
